Hello everyone! 

My name is Luis and I currently reside in Queens, NY. I'm new to BP and want to thank everyone for all the helpful information they share with all of us. I've been around for a couple of weeks and decided to join. I've already spoken with a couple of helpful people here and have learned so much. 

I'm currently looking to invest outside of NY due to the high property prices here. I'm looking to invest in NJ and possibly PA due to the proximity to NY. I'm looking to buy and hold properties. I'm hoping to make a move really soon.

I'm so glad I found this wonderful community with so many helpful people. I learn something new everyday. I'm looking forward to meeting many people here and looking forward to the next local REI meet.
