Hi Everyone,

After listening to the BP podcasts for some time I've finally decided to sign up and do an introduction. I'm currently in Morris County, NJ...specifically Dover. And I am looking to purchase my first home which I am hoping will be a duplex or triplex.

I'm interested in supplementing my current income through REI and learning from other BP members in the area.
