I assume this amount is fine for a nonrefundable amount and done by them but I would still like to find out the amount so I know.Also do you have them sign something specific stating the fee is nonrefundable.

I'm looking to tackle this head on and master this niche.

I am investing in few properties in US ( Michigan to be specific), but also looking at other states as well.

The BRRR strategy and owning multi-family units specifically interests me.

I haven't specifically gone out and looked in a while, but every once in a while one will peak my interest that I see.

While I like your property and the asking price seems reasonable, the specific terms of the contract do not allow me room to conduct sufficient due diligence on the property. 

My goal is to generate cash flow outside my full-time job, specifically through buy and hold multi-family properties.
