I moved to Portland 3 years ago. We purchased a home in 2013 and are now looking for deals in the area, specifically multifamily units.

@Brandon Holmes, Welcome to BP. I would suggest that you start your real estate education on this site with all the great articles and podcasts. You should also check out the local real estate investor groups, both Rarebird and Northwest REIA hold monthly meetings and are great places to network. Also, there is a Portland based meet-and-greet on October 11, in Northeast.
