Tax/Lawyer recommendation for Canadians ?

I am based in Canada but planning to move to US soon. I am investing in few properties in US ( Michigan to be specific), but also looking at other states as well. It's my own money + money raised from F&F. Most of the investments we are buying are buy & hold to generate rental income. Looking for advise to set it up properly to maximize tax benefits.

My plan was to have a Canadian corporation which owns the US corporation
