Hey guys!

I recently found out about BP and man have I been missing out. I am relatively new to the world of real estate investing and I am currently in the research phase of my journey.

A little bit about myself - My educational background is in architectural engineering with a focus in construction management. Currently, I live in Arlington, VA and work full-time in development/construction management in the DC metro area.

My goal is to generate cash flow outside my full-time job, specifically through buy and hold multi-family properties.

Needless to say, I am energized about this journey and look forward to all the connections I make along the way!
