so i am on hold as i type with Intuit and the CS rep just told me that intuit payment network is being phased out.He was surprised that I have not gotten a communication from them telling me that.

@Vince FutiaDepending on the type of building you have, and local laws, you can look into doing data/telecommunications antenna lease to a communications company, since bandwidth is needed more and more. 

As long as you are taking immediate action and communicating status frequently with the effected tenants, you should be good to go.As a gesture, consider a gift card at the local grocery and be sure to sayThank you for your cooperation and understanding!

My question is about how you would communication a rent increase to a tenant I inherited when I purchased a property.The Duplex is located in an ‘A’ neighborhood and both sides were occupied by long term tenants when we closed. 

I believe those are for telephone and cable tie ins and they should straighten up easily.
