Anyway, my long point of this is there are many factors to your eventual revenue once you get started which include but are not limited to: Location, Beds, Reviews, Amenities, Customer Service, unique guest experience, etc. etc.. 

They reviewed the paperwork, found that I had not been advised of this, and removed the PMI.

Have the guests been leaving glowing reviews a little my houses being clean?

Can I include what that unit will earn for the one I've lived in for the #'s review even though I haven't paid the rent on it per se?

We haven’t had a bad review because they don’t know how home buying works and nobody gives them the time of day when they have bad credit etc but we go the extra mile to do everything we can to get them qualified and show them that they don’t have to be stuck renting
