@Don JacksonYou can't draw the conclusion that no families would rent there because a) as has been pointed out in Milwaukee there are voucher programs and open enrollment, so some city kids can to go private and suburban schools b) for a long time MPS has been busing kids all over the city, so they may not go to the geographically close school c) even if they were going to a nearby bad school, some families simply don't care - obviously some families are sending their kids to bad schools

The other posters are correct that you should go to a local lender if you're going to try the LLC route though.If you're really wanting to go the LLC route, draw up the corporate documents, open a corporate account, deposit the money in the account and then run all of the transactions through the LLC account.
