Hello BP Nation!

I'm Jason Stern from Boca Raton, FL. Husband, and a career Firefighter/Paramedic. I love ever aspect of my career. One of the biggest benefits it gives me is a lot of time off to research, analyze, and get involved in my second passion, real estate!

I have always wanted to get involved on the investment side and be able to create a passive income. My biggest fear is to get injured in my line of work and then not have anything as a backup plan.

Right now my short term goals are to free up any month-to-month unnecessary expenses so that I can free up cash flow to invest. I want to learn as much as possible and do things the right way. As a firefighter, are line of work tends to attract individuals who have integrity, trust, willingness to learn, work under highly stressful situations, and ultimately to help one another. That is my goal currently with BP Nation, is to meet the same kind of individual who can help me as I help the communities I serve.

I am not looking to get rich quick but would like to have a long term goal of creating cashflow through Apt. building, multifamily, and note holding. Something that would draw a short term small cashflow but would grow substantially to eventually be mortgage free by the time I retire in 20 years.

Before getting into the fire service, I did have a short span (3-4 years) in the finance/mortgage industry. So I am not exactly as green as some people starting out and do have a decent understanding of loans and financing options.

Right now for 2016 my plan is to develop relationships with people locally and nationally within the BP nation to understand the business and know what to look for in investments but mainly how to take those very first steps in investing.

Please feel free to respond with contact info if you'd like and I will keep in contact with everyone and hopefully one day I can be the guy giving the advice and mentoring.

Thank You Everyone for Reading!

Jason
