HELOC or Investor for Downpayment
Hello everyone, I'm trying to figure out the financials of having an investor help pay for my downpayment on a rental property, or possibly using a HELOC for the downpayment. I can't think of a good way to work that into the NOI without coming way down on the asking price of the house. Can someone explain to me how this works?
