Anyone know of banks in N. Texas w/ HELOC at 30 yr?
Although I posted this in the "Creative Real Estate Financing Forum" I don't think this is that "creative". Basically I'm looking into a Home Equity Line of Credit (Cash-Out Refinance if you prefer) for a hypothetical cash purchased investment property to get funds out I can use to reinvest on another.
I've called about 4 banks or so but have yet to locate one that offers a 30 year term on this. Do these exist? Anyone know of any banks that would offer a fixed rate, 30yr, up to 80% of EMV, for properties in North Texas? Am I asking for too much?
