Hello All,Im a relentless learner, working in a start up. studying real estate on the side.Ive spoken to a few local real estate brokers and research on a weekly basis.I am in the process of analyzing my local market.

I have zero experience but I am very motivated and a quick learner.

I've been an avid learner for about 3 years now but feel I'm ready to get started and take off with investing.

I'm motivated, quick learner, and have many skills as it is (basic photography/videography, creating fliers, etc.)Right now, I'm needing to network with other investors; help them make some deals so that I can make money to better MY credit/financial position to invest.

I'm more of a hands on type of learner and even though I know there is a bunch of content on this site, which is great, I feel like shadowing a successful investor and do exactly what he or she does, will get me where I want to be quicker and with less mistakes but I will first start with the reading and podcasts.
