Hi my name is Jeremias Martinez and I've been on BP a couple of weeks now . I am interested in learning the business of wholesaling. I have zero experience but I am very motivated and a quick learner. My short term goal is to wholesale enough homes to save for a deposit on a rental. As for my long term goal I would like to own a handful of rental properties and live of the cash flow. I would love to find a local wholesaler who can show me ropes and maybe even mentor me.
