Hello, from Tampa, FL

I am just about to stick my toe in the real estate waters....

Strange, that it would so intrigue me in what is a currently distressed market, but -hey - it's a subject that has long intrigued me.

I thought I should get my real estate license first, then get educated on the market and industry through sales (and make some $$$ while learning), then through exposure to how others sell and buy (and sharing their other experiences) I can learn about where to invest.

Am I on the right track?
