New Member in STL MO/Belleville IL

Hi I am a new member I am very eager to start investing into real estate. I am doing a lot of research, but the problem is I have no cash and I can't find a mentor that is welling or have the time to take me step by step. I feel kind of lost, but I am still keeping a good atitude :D It would be awsome if I can find that mentor but it won't be easy. I joined this forum to gain more knowlege and hopefully show me the right steps to take for someone in my position.
