SS&G are fund admins who like most admins have their own investor portals as well.Fund admins are not cheap and can run $25-$50k/yr based on the services required.

Just the phone number and current rent amount.I purchased the property on August 16 and introduced myself on September 20th.

Account Closed 5 should be enough because:1) Most DIY landlords don't follow privacy laws and will give you feedback on the phone.2) You can weed out a decent amount of applicants due to low income, lack of job history, etc.

Now it's two weeks later and they are not returning emails or phone calls.  

Since it's tracking via your phone, it tracks everything whether you're in the "subject" vehicle or not.

On the contracts I've done recently, 90% of sellers are paying buyers agent commission and are disclosing the amount via phone.  

You can use a temporary google number in the listing to get past that hurdle for phone calls and texts but you will still get mailers.
