Hi All

I passed my Real estate license back in 2019 but never used it. Now I'm looking to take the test again and I'm looking at the license ID that has an expiration date of 8/1/2022 and my question is do i need to take the 40-hour classes or can I retake the test. Thanks in Advance. Also what would i need to get a license across states.

Call their phone number and ask. I doubt you can just reactivate the license when it's expired for more than two years, but maybe I'm wrong. In my state, you have to put the license on hold, and then before you can reactivate it, you have to show proof of completing 40 hours of CE.
