Any word on Reedy Company

Hello,

I have been with Reedy Company in Memphis for over 2 years.  They were great when I started with them.  In this last year, their communication with me has become almost silent.  I have 8 doors with them and this last year one of my homes had massive fire damage.  It was a complete remodel.  They were extremely fast to get the pictures and whatever was needed to get the house started to repair.  However over the course of 3 months without any real word I started to follow up.  I was ignored many times then finally going around my rep there at Reedys I was able to get some information and then it went silent.  I haven't heard from anyone at Reedy for 6 weeks. They still collect my money and hold it to pay off the house that I don't know if it is done.

Does anyone know anything about what Reedy Company status is or do you have a good contact there? My rep is Tynia.  I have other other problems, this is the biggest problem.  Is there a way to separate from them legally without getting a lawyer involved?  Any help would be appreciated.
