Unless you or your agent are professional photographers, don't do the photos yourself.

Two thoughts...I posted an ad in CraigsList looking for military veterans who would work hourly, or were unemployed and in need of work.

I feel way in over my head but I am very appreciative of the seasoned veterans on here that are helping out!

Just know that this forum is not only read locally, but somewhere in the Middle East is regular learning from the seasoned veterans of this forum!

Correct me if I’m wrong, I heard that USDA loans were only for rural areas and VA loans are exclusively to veterans?

Just document agreement carefully and photograph condition of home well.Set the sales price at something giving you a decent but fair profit on the home.They can pull the trigger and buy the home anytime by paying you the balance owed or financing the difference.This is a win-win-win.

I am a member of the San Antonio, Real Estate Association in SATX, and still involve with veterans as life member of the Association of the US Army and Military Officers Association of America.My goal here is to learn and expand my networks. 

Also would the renters have to be veterans themselves?
