New Member from Washington, DC/Maryland/Virginia Area

Hello, I’m a new member to the BiggerPockets family. For the past few months I’ve been watching podcasts and reading some articles and have learned a lot. I’m currently the owner of a mobile home park in my home town in SC. I want to venture into more MHP and multifamily properties mainly to buy and hold. My goal is to double my current income and replace my job with managing my properties. I’m currently living in the DMV, DC/Maryland/Virginia area, and would love to start investing locally. I’m also looking at property in other states like Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and a few others. I’m learning everyday trying to build up my knowledge on real estate. I’m a veteran, part time owner of a renovation company, part time bootcamp instructor and full time Network Engineer. If anyone out there willing to share knowledge, need a hand with some projects or partner up on some investments, please let me know. Thanks for your time.
