Rental property and flipping houses

I am very interested in looking for multi family homes to rent and possibly houses to fix and flip. I am fairly new to real estate but have good ideas on how some of it works. My problem is just getting started. Once I find a property I feel will be worth investing in, where I do I hire or find a team to help strip, remodel, and fix the house
