More often than not wholesaling isn't a sales pitch, its a way to solve peoples living and life situations

If you are confident in what you are pitching and willing to share it free of charge I won't turn it down.

I’m leaning more towards calling fsbos and pitching them on doing business with me.

I pitch all of these cards and letters into the trash without opening them.

Being paid for a successful deal is brokerage and you need a license.Bird dogs make minimal money for minimum risk.People who wholesale are people who get deals under contract.
