I have just been informed that to find your hangout invite you need to go to the hangout section and find the dropdown menu with your invites listed in it.

Go to a real estate meeting, try to find out who's who in the meeting and then just get their card and invite them out for coffee.

Invite the press, have them take pictures or even better give them rides....after 1 day the HOA will pony up whatever money you wish.  

I don't think I'll be in Phoenix on the 4th of July, but the invite sounds great.

I would introduce myself to the neighborhood by door knocking there everyday until everyone has met you at least once.Offer to do open houses for any agent with a current listing in that neighborhood so you can invite the neighbors to attend.

The sheriff came to my house and kindly handled me a nice "invitation" to see a judge at the courthouse!
