Very new to the real estate investment. I have and currently still have over 25 years in transportation management and in the last 2 years started a property preservation business. Working 80 hours a week is the norm for me but ready to work all 80 hours for myself and add to my retirement portfolio. Getting into the property preservation business opened my eyes. So many could be beautiful homes again, sitting for years with very minimal care just makes me ask why? After much time looking for information on rehab. Buy and hold. It brought me here for information and I'd say so far I've learned more in the week just looking around and listening to podcasts then I did the last 4 months digging around on Internet and talking to folks I know in real estate. Now I've found so many other avenues that I'm in the I'm not sure which way to go stage. Still want to save these homes (if this makes sense) while adding to my retirement portfolio. So I'm now I'm a bit confused on my direction but hope my continued search and listening hear will get me in the direction to grow my business and retirement just a little sooner in life. Thanks
