If the home is in an HOA I would move on to another property but if you are feeling lucky each condo association declaration (HOA rules contract) is recorded with the County Clerk and it can be found on the respective county's website.

That's why you need a legal entity when investing with a non-spousal partner to be able to make your own splits, equity or profit/loss.This is why I am thinking just dissolve the LLC with putting the respective properties into the respective siblings name, but then cash has to be brought to the table to buy out the other siblings.

Interesting news - a federal judge determined that the eviction moratorium is unconstitutional, and started that "The federal government has not claimed such a power at any point during our Nation's history until last year".No injunction was issued at this point, but he expected the CDC "to respect his ruling and withdraw the moratorium".Check it out here : https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2021/02/25/politics/judge-evictions-moratorium-unconstitutional/index.html
