Wanted: Framer, Carpenter, and Painter in Tulsa

Hi, I am needing a framer, a carpenter, and painter for pre-war house restoration. Not a major overhaul but need two closets framed and finished out from attic space, ceiling replacement for a kitchen and bath, kitchen cabinet install and paint, painting in several rooms. Want people who will respect the integrity of plaster, lath, and old growth wood. The last guy's people did as much damage as they did work. Also would appreciate guidance on the going rate for said services in the Tulsa area.  Thanks
