Eviction Moratorium unconstitutional - judge ruled on Feb 26th

Interesting news - a federal judge determined that the eviction moratorium is unconstitutional, and started that "The federal government has not claimed such a power at any point during our Nation's history until last year".

No injunction was issued at this point, but he expected the CDC "to respect his ruling and withdraw the moratorium".
