US District Judge John Barker, who was appointed by then-President
Donald Trump to the court in the Eastern District of Texas, stopped
short of issuing a preliminary injunction, but said he expected the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to respect his ruling and withdraw the moratorium.

Or I can send a 30 day notice certified mail and I can evict without tenant having any recourse.

This is in SC.

Red VS Blue

 Jay,

So true. It's just hard to fathom anyone, (left, right, centrist or outer space) can think that stripping property owners of their property rights and income can be a good thing!

The "Cancel Rent" culture should be forced to take some remedial education in economics and the rule of law.

Remember folks, they could be coming for your livelihood next!!
