I think a person would have to talk to a few investors to see who they use and a few realtors to see who they might recommend.

I do not want to target absentee owners since every investor iv'e ever talked to does that, any other suggestions.

Yesterday, I was talking to friend who has a condo near the convention center... she rents out her place around $180-$200 per night.

In J Scott's book on flipping he recommends going to Home Depot or Lowes early in the morning and talking to the contractors that are picking up materials.
