Sydney Nebraska / Western Nebraska Question

My wife has a family member in Sydney who has recently moved out of state. I'm trying to help her find an investor in that area that deals in single family. She have the house listed, but the listing is coming up soon. I mentioned that a cash offer from an investor might be a better idea in order to get the house sold faster. If you have any recommendations on who I can talk to please send me a message.

I'm in the Dallas, TX market and do not know the market in Western Nebraska so any advice or direction is appreciated.

Thanks!
