Any landlords out there in the Greater Cedar Rapids, Iowa City area sick of their Coin-Op laundry suppliers?  I have a partner that I had some discussions with about supplying these units.  Short contracts with 60/40 split.

Any interest, or suggestions?

How far away are you willing to travel?  I am buying a building in Waterloo that will need several units.  I haven't looked into any options yet.
