Hi All, My rentals have been only in Las Vegas / Henderson area.Right now I am trying to figure out which type of real estate investments seem right for me.I have a full time job right now, so I need to take that into consideration.I still have not gotten through the 101 guides provided by this site, but will catch up this weekend.

I’ve spent the past six months listening to the BP podcasts, reading all of the guides and recommended books (including J Scott’s), and learning as much as I could before I arrived in town.

As a newbie myself I'd recommend diving into the podcasts and reading the how-to guides.
