Getting Started

Hi All -

New to the site and new to real estate.  I am a full time husband, father and own a financial planning business working with doctors exclusively.  I am very interested in getting involved with real estate - however I am not sure the best way to get started.

I currently do own a rental property - it was our first condo in downtown Minneapolis as a couple.  We moved out and decided to rent it vs. sell it.  Probably not the best income property as we purchased at the height of the market - but it comes close to cash flowing.

I am very interested in creating passive income via real estate and see where it goes from there.  Any tips are greatly appreciated and I look forward to getting to know some of you.  My biggest question right now is how to get started in real estate with little funds?  I really don't have a good sense for what my options are.

Thanks!
