Hello BP Community!

My name is Eric, I'm a midwest native that transplanted to the Raleigh- Durham in 2012. I'll be tying the knot with my fiancé at the end of September and we plan to utilize our leftover wedding funds to invest in real estate.

So no deals for me in the near future... Just looking to learn as much as possible. Potentially find a mentor and build a list of partners to work with when the deals do begin.

Planning on making my first investment by the end of 2015.
