Provide the tenant a copy of the receipt, keep your own copy, and forward a copy electronically to the tenant (email, etc) if possible, and store it yourself in such a manner that you have proof of date it was created.

-Second company told us that the tenant must request the verification directly from them in writing and then they will release a standard letter directly to the tenant with the dates of tenancy and rent amount.

Here is my financial situation at a glance:-Credit score fairly good about 700 to date-I have saved up a decent chunk of money over the last 7 months-I have student a good chunk of debt (thanks to college and student loans approx. $29,000), however I am on a regular repayment plan and I can afford my monthly payments.
