Anyone used Auction.com?

I am new to BP. Would like inputs about the site auction.com. I checked few properties but seems you are bidding blank and could get into problems. Any tips? Title? Conditions of the house? How to proceed?

Anything is highly appreciated

@Diane G. It varies quite a bit and competition is driving the prices up on a lot of properties. I've been lucky enough to get a couple auction deals at only 25% of ARV. But typically it's more like 60-80% of ARV.
