For insurance and lending information I would go ahead and look for agents (mortgage brokers and insurance agents will guide you through step by step).

BP has great resources for single family but when you move into commercial - multifamily, offices, NNN leases, etc - the analysis becomes more complicated. 

They can guide you through the process of setting up the IRA/LLC. 

However, having said that, I have continuously explored the site and I have familiarized myself, to the best of my ability, with the beginner's guide.
