Hey all - noob from Colorado here.  I've been listening to BP podcasts for over a year now and am finally ready to take the plunge.  I'm actually looking to invest in the Twin Cities area and would love to connect with other members that operate there.  Of course if anyone is doing well here in CO I would love to hear about it!
