I am selling a parcel of vacant land in Pennsylvania for $11750 with 9.99% interest on a 4 year loan term.

Since he's moved in, another tenant complained to me that he was eating his food without asking, yelling loudly when he's gaming during the day and night.

I typically don’t go out to eat all too often and my food bill has been super low.

The loan adjusted up a couple of time very rapidly and there were a couple of months that I barely made the payments along with my bills, food and necessities.
