What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.Also each deal is typically very different and potential for different ways to be creative and still get the deal done in a manner that is a win for both parties.For example I did a long term lease of $1 per year to someone on a large acreage parcel and they take care of it and pay taxes.

They will not be in a separate lot but a larger farmstead parcel.
