Can you tell me what are good and bad areas in Tampa?

Where could my wife go at night to pick up a check and were better not?

Thanks!

(I hope this is the right forum to post this.)

Hi @Stephan K.

Everywhere is pretty good besides parts of Ybor, Sulphur Springs, and East Tampa. John makes a good recommendations to check the crime maps. Also, check out census sites to understand how many houses are in the neighborhood, and how many of them are renters vs homeowners, that would help understand how likely a renter will move to your desired neighborhood.

Good luck!
