Would you recommend getting marketing/mailing list for direct mail from title agencies or from somewhere like list source?

They check all three credit reporting agencies, plus criminal, and evictions/lawsuits/judgments, etc.

I work for a temporary agency and had this said to me and my first thought was.... it is a REAL job.

(i have sent a request online and havent heard from anybody) so i will make a personal visit and gain some info to see what they can offer me and teach me.GOAL: learn what i need to do to set up business as an LLC and if I can get funding for the land through any of these programs, at any rate these programs can point me in another productive direction or agency that will be more helpfulDREAM#2 my $25 ,000 NEED to purchase business land for wild food businesswhat CAN i do today?....

I am looking to work with a RE Agency as I get into investing.  

We will refer judgment creditors to verified law firms/collection agencies that specialize in judgment enforcement. 

In some cases the CAM charges the Title Company a fee thus hitting the "trifecta" by being paid three times for the same services.The Colorado legislature, along with the consent of DORA (Dept of Regulatory Agencies), passed a CAM licensing law and HB, 1254 Disclosure of Fees, to rein in this abusive fee.

Call every number, contact every agency, and someone will help her. 

Ok, the deal with "dual agency" is a slippery slope and as said above, many don't know what they don't know.
