A Landlord that cares

Hi BPers

Ok, so i am a landlord with a heart. I have been a landlord for almost a year, and my first tenant has been a blessing. She is a single mother with 3 children, the youngest (2) just went threw sugery on his head at U of M... When she returned, her car would not start. Its an older car, and not reliable. I am wondering if anyone has some info on where to get her some help? I know her finances dont give her very much oppertunity!
