I waited 6 months before I could begin work (visas...) but am now working full time.My wife and I are looking to have kids in the future and I'd like to be able to give us both the financial freedom to raise them and be there for all their achievements in life.

I hatched a plan to earn myself financial freedom and after some reading decided that real estate is more my kind of thing.

I like to choose multi industrial-particularly healthcare, engineering, technology sectors and military presence cause I know the people can pay the rent.  

I'm interested in flipping houses and finding positive cash flow rental properties, in order to create financial freedom for my family!

My "why" is to make a great income for my family, be able to spend more time with family and friends, never have to punch a time clock again and freedom to travel!

but its a fun hard work, being your own boss and working for your own financial freedom not someone else's. it took me about a year and half to find my first deal after deciding and reading my first RE investing book.
