My name is Chelsea and I am ready to break into the business world  of real estate. This field of work is very interesting and lucrative if done correctly...from what I've read and witnessed from other successful individuals in the business. Currently, I'm reading a book recommended by this site. Hopefully, after studying and researching for the next few months I'll have enough knowledge and know-how to purchase my first single family or multi-family home for rental.
