A little about me

Hello Everyone my name is Jacobi from Buffalo NY. Im new to real estate investing but completely motivated to find out how deep the rabbit hole goes. I have been studying Wholesaling and even skimmed the surface of rehabbing homes. Both sound very interesting but i know wholesaling is for me right now. Any tips on Real estate investing would be appreciated. Thank you and salute to investing for financial freedom.
