My name is Dan and I've recently moved to Oneonta, NY. I'm currently a Sales Manager in a neighboring town to Oneonta. That being said, I'm going through the process of buying my first home and found a lot of enjoyment throughout the process of doing this. I've since read several books about real estate and love the opportunities it has to offer. Being extremely new to this I was a little hesitant at first, but I believe the potential to have "Freedom" out weighs my hesitancy.

My main objective is to start to learn the market right now and i was hoping that you could provide some insight on how to do this. I understand everyone has different ideas, but I'd like to hear them because it could potentially help me.
