Hello,

I'm looking to learn as much as I can while I get my finances straightened out.I'm in the Clearwater/ Dunedin area. If any investors need some help and are willing to show me the ropes in my spare time, as I work 40+ hours/week just let me know. So evenings and/or weekends would be perfect. Thanks for taking the time to read this and have yourself a great day!

Hey @Eric Sharp - nice to meet you. I am an investor and agent just across US19 from you in the Countryside area. I am surprised no one else suggested this yet, but most people would recommend figuring out how you can help another investor in their existing business and see if you can help them in that way. You will likely have a better chance of finding someone if you know what you can offer them that would help them, and in turn you could learn from them during that process, versus someone offering to let you tag along.
