Also, there is a channel on YouTube by a guy named Travis Everette who breaks it down into real-world situations and warns of common pitfalls while taking the exam.

As far as projections go, during the hurricane season (June 1 to Nov 30) I am glued to the weather channel. 

Websites show me with potential channels via antenna, but get zip.

Make sure you have a property manager with good communication, my property didn't need much attention but on the occasions it did, it was difficult to make sure everything was properly and timely taken care of.

If he was around or communicating this would be a lot easier.  

It's definitely not true in all cases, but this is something you'll often find in mass-marketed offerings that are trading more on their ability to run broad communication than their relationship and track record with a tight-knit group.

Education may hold you back if your writing, communication skills, marketing skills, etc are lacking though.
